1. Physical Products
Customers may request returns within 7 days upon receiving the product if:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item was damaged during delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Promotional or clearance items
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take 7–14 working days depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
