Cancellation Policy
1. Program Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation before program activation.
Once access to digital content, memberships, or training has been activated, cancellation may not be eligible for refund.
2. Event & Seminar Cancellation
For workshops, seminars, or camps:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the event may qualify for partial refund or credit
- Cancellation within 7 days may not be refundable
3. Company Cancellation
Open Vision reserves the right to postpone or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, replacement dates or credits may be provided.
